Job title: Social Media & Communications Intern
(Dubai / Hybrid – 3–6 months)

Ready to turn your scrolling habit into a superpower?

We’re looking for a Social Media & Communications Intern who lives online, has opinions about fonts and captions, and gets way too excited about a good content idea. You’ll join our small, fast-moving team and help shape how our brand shows up in the world.

 


What you’ll do

You’ll be deeply involved in building our voice and presence across platforms. 

Content & social media

  • Help plan and create content for Instagram and TikTok (posts, stories, reels, carousels).

  • Draft captions, hooks and scripts.

  • Assist in managing the content calendar and making sure we always have something great going out.

  • Jump on trends (when they actually fit the brand) and suggest fresh ideas for series, challenges or formats.

Community & communication

  • Help monitor DMs, comments, tags and mentions and keep our community feeling seen and heard.

  • Support with newsletter drafting, announcements and simple blog posts.

  • Help with partnerships and collabs: researching creators and PR opportunities, drafting outreach messages and tracking responses.

Creative & strategy support

  • Join brainstorm sessions and pitch ideas (no matter how wild they are).

  • Help gather data and insights: what’s working, what’s not, and how we can improve.


Who you are

You don’t need any real professional experience. We care more about energy, curiosity, passion and taste than a perfect CV.

  • You love social media not just as a consumer, but as a creator and observer.

  • You write in clear, natural, playful language (in English; extra languages are a plus).

  • You’re comfortable with Canva (or similar tools) and not scared to try new tools/AI.

  • You’re organized enough to handle multiple tasks and deadlines without panicking.

  • You’re curious, ask questions, and actually care about how a brand feels online.

  • You’re not afraid to take feedback and iterate until it feels right.

  • You’ve already run a personal or small brand account.

  • You’re into design, interiors, culture or lifestyle.

  • You enjoy storytelling – whether in text, visuals or short-form video.

 


What you’ll learn

During this internship, you’ll get to see how a brand is built from the inside:

  • How to think strategically about content (not just “posting for posting’s sake”).

  • How to build a recognizable brand voice and keep it consistent.

  • How to plan, launch and analyze content and campaigns.

  • How to collaborate with founders, designers, marketers and partners.

  • How to work fast, stay flexible and turn ideas into real content.
