Instead of scrolling through countless websites, we handpick cool pieces from different brands, offer ready-made Room Sets so you can see what actually works together, and let you chat with an AI to find pieces that fit your taste and budget — no interior designer needed.

Is Sooqna a marketplace or a retailer? Sooqna is a curated marketplace — we partner with selected homeware and furniture brands and sell their pieces directly through our platform. Orders are fulfilled brand-direct, meaning your item ships from the brand's inventory.

What is The Inner Circle? The Inner Circle is Sooqna's free members-only community. Members get early access to private drops, exclusive offers, free delivery, and first notice of new arrivals. Sign-up is completely free and takes 1 minute.

What categories does Sooqna carry? We carry sofas, tables, chairs, beds, lighting, rugs, decor, storage, kids' furniture, and more — organised by room (living, dining, bedroom, office, outdoors) and by price range. We also offer curated Room Sets so you can shop complete looks in one click without having to overthink if the pieces you like look good together.

How do I place an order on Sooqna? Browse by room, category, or price range — or use Laya, our AI Interior Designer, for personalised recommendations. Add items to your cart and check out securely. You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately.

What currencies and payment methods do you accept? UAE orders are billed in AED. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets.

Can I shop by budget? Yes — we have dedicated price collections: Under AED 1,000 / AED 1,000–3,000 / AED 3,000–5,000 / From AED 5,000. Browse them under Shop → By Price.

Can I shop by room? Absolutely. Use Shop → By Room to browse Living Room, Dining Room, Bedroom, Office, or Outdoors collections. We also offer complete Room Sets — curated, ready-to-shop looks designed to work together.

What are Room Sets? Room Sets are fully curated, ready-to-shop collections where every piece is selected to work together. Instead of building a room piece by piece, you get a cohesive look in one go — no interior designer needed.

Do I need an account to buy? You can browse without an account, but creating one lets you track orders, save favourites, and access Inner Circle perks like free delivery.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or cancelled within a short window after placement, before fulfilment begins. Contact us as soon as possible at support@sooqna.co and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also view order status in your account under My Orders.

Shipping & delivery

Which countries does Sooqna ship to? We're currently serving the United Arab Emirates, with expansion to the GCC and beyond coming soon.

How long does delivery take in the UAE? Delivery timelines vary by brand and product. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page.

Is delivery free? Delivery is free for Inner Circle members. Joining The Inner Circle is completely free — sign up and you'll never pay for delivery.

Who handles delivery — Sooqna or the brand? Sooqna is a marketplace, so fulfilment is brand-direct. Each brand manages its own logistics.

Can I schedule a delivery time for large furniture? For large items like sofas and beds, some brands offer scheduled delivery slots. This will be confirmed after your order is placed. Reach out to us at support@sooqna.co if you have specific scheduling requirements.

What if my item arrives damaged? Take photos immediately and contact us at support@sooqna.co within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with the brand to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Returns & refunds

What is Sooqna's return policy? Because Sooqna is a curated marketplace, return policies may vary slightly by brand. In general, items must be unused and in original packaging. Please review the return policy page, or contact us at support@sooqna.co for guidance on your specific order.

How long do refunds take? Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.

What if I received the wrong item? We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email support@sooqna.co with a photo of what you received within 48 hours and we'll arrange the correct item to be sent and the wrong one collected at no cost to you.

Products & brands

How does Sooqna select its brands? We handpick every brand on the platform. Our curation focuses on design quality, build standards, and pieces that make a room feel considered — not just filled. We regularly review the catalogue and add new drops.

Are product dimensions and materials listed? Yes — full specifications including dimensions, materials, weight, and care instructions are listed on each product page. If you need additional information, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@sooqna.co before ordering.

Do products come assembled? Items that require a team for assembly will be delivered with an assembly team by default. If a product is an exception — for example, if it arrives flat-pack or requires you to arrange assembly separately — this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Do you restock sold-out items? Most pieces are restocked regularly. Limited-edition or one-off drops may not return once sold. Join The Inner Circle for early access to restocks and new arrivals.

Can I see products in person before buying? No — Sooqna is currently an online-only marketplace.

What is Laya? Laya is Sooqna's AI Interior Designer — a tool built to help you furnish smarter. Tell Laya about your space, style, and budget and she'll recommend pieces from our catalogue that work together.

Is Laya free to use? Yes — Laya is free for all Sooqna visitors. No account required to get started.

How accurate are Laya's recommendations? Laya draws from Sooqna's live catalogue and considers your room, style preferences, and budget. Her suggestions are a strong starting point — final decisions on scale, colour, and fit are always yours.

Can Laya help me style a whole room? Yes. Laya can suggest complete room setups. You can also browse our pre-curated Room Sets for fully designed looks that are ready to shop.

What is the Sooqna Trade Program? Sooqna Trade is a selective program for interior designers, architects, and real-estate developers. Members get early access to drops, project quotes, invoices, and concierge support.
