where does sooqna deliver?
We deliver across the UAE. If you’re outside our current coverage, message us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
will my order arrive in one delivery?
Not always. Because your items are shipped by the individual brands, you may receive multiple packages with different delivery dates.
when will i receive my order?
Delivery times vary by brand and product. You’ll see the most accurate lead time on each product page, and we’ll email tracking details as items ship. (For made-to-order pieces, expect a longer lead time.)
can i amend or cancel my order?
It depends on whether the brand has started processing or shipping your item. If you need changes, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.
can i change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, usually yes. If it’s already in transit, we’ll try — but changes can be limited by the carrier/brand.
do you offer assembly or installation?
For eligible items/locations, yes. If assembly isn’t available for a specific brand/product, we’ll clearly say so at checkout or on the product page.
what if my building has delivery restrictions (time windows, service elevator, etc.)?
Tell us immediately after ordering (or add a note at checkout), we’ll pass it to the carrier/brand.
Returns & Refunds
what is your return policy?
Sooqna accepts returns for eligible products when a return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused (beyond reasonable inspection), in the same condition as received, and securely repacked in its original packaging.

how long do i have to request a return?
You must request a return within 48 hours from the date and time of delivery.

how do i request a return?
Please email returns@sooqna.co within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order reference / order number
- the product(s) you want to return
- the reason for the return
- supporting photos (required where applicable, especially for damage or non-conformity)
After you contact us, we’ll confirm if your item is eligible and share the return instructions.

can Sooqna accept a change-of-mind return?
In some cases, you can request an exceptional review by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery and explaining your situation with your order reference and photos. Any exception is fully discretionary, not guaranteed, and does not create a precedent for future cases.

what if my item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
notify us as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after delivery by emailing returns@sooqna.com with:
- your order number
- photos clearly showing the issue and the packaging
- a short description of the problem
We’ll assess the issue with the relevant brand partner and may offer repair, replacement, or a full/partial refund, depending on the case and availability.

when will i receive my refund?
Once the returned product is received and accepted, Sooqna aims to process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.
