  • If you’re not available for the delivery, we’ll try to reschedule on the same day. A re-delivery fee may apply if we need to store the item overnight.

    If you know in advance that the scheduled delivery day won’t work, please email support@sooqna.co as soon as soon as possible and suggest a better time.

  • At Sooqna, all sales are final, as our platform is dedicated to pre-loved and clearance items. This means we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items once purchased.

    However, if an item you receive does not match the description provided in the listing, you may request a return. Returns in such cases are at Sooqna’s discretion and must be initiated by filling out the dispute form within 24 hours of delivery. If approved, returns will be processed at the buyer’s expense, and refunds will apply to the item price only.

    • Service fees (e.g., delivery, assembly) are non-refundable.

    • All returns are managed by sooqna to protect sellers’ privacy.

    We encourage all buyers to review item descriptions and pictures carefully before making a purchase.

  • Selling is easy! Take photos, fill out a description form and set a price. Once it’s listed, sit back and relax—we’ll handle the rest.

  • You can sell cool home decor and furniture in good condition, like sofas, rugs, artwork, lighting, etc. Items must meet our quality standards.

  • 24 hours after your item is delivered—if there’s no return request—your funds will appear in your Sooqna profile. From there, you can withdraw them anytime with one click. The money should reach your bank account within a few business days.

    This process ensures transparency, safety, and complies with UAE consumer protection laws.

  • Listing an item on Sooqna is completely free. We charge a 23% commission only when your item sells. This fee covers marketing, transaction fees, pickup, conformity control, and our dedicated services to ensure a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers.

    Optional add-on services are available for an additional cost.

  • You’ll receive an app notification when your item sells. Please make sure to allow push notifications. We’ll coordinate pickup and delivery from there.
